(जिसे एतद्पिात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगित प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और, यतः केन्र सरकार ने, जविषे आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ परित उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या
का.आ. 1523(अ) दिनांक 23 िून, 2008 द्वारा उपयक्तुि जविषे आर्थिक िोन में 10.4813 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत
दकया था;
और यतः, म.ै डीएलएफ जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन में से 7.1826 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत
करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै

और, यतः, पजिम बगं ाल सरकार ने पत्र संख्या आई/691662-आईसीई-14011(19)/1/2025 दिनांक
15 जसतम्बर, 2025 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को अपनी मंिूरी िे िी है;
और, यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, फाल्टा जविेष आर्थिक िोन ने 7.1826 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसचू त करने के प्रस्ट्ताव
की जसफाररि की हIै अनजधसूचना के बाि, उक्त भूजम का उपयोग डीटीए उद्देश्य के जलए दकया िाएगा;
और, यतः, केंर सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्य संबंजधत
आवश्यकताओं को परू ा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्तकु द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों
का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा 7.1826
हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पररमाणतः एसइिडे का कुल क्षेत्रफल

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th February, 2026
S.O. 675(E).— Whereas, M/s. DLF Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones
Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information
Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zone at Plot No. II-F/1, Block-II-F,
Action Area II, New Kolkata Township Rajarhat, Kolkata, in the State of West Bengal;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 10.4813 hectares
at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1523(E) dated
23rd June, 2008;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. DLF Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 7.1826 hectares from the above
Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of West Bengal has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.
I/691662-ICE-14011(19)/1/2025 dated 15th September, 2025;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Falta Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 7.1826 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone. Further, after the de-
notification, the land will be utilized for DTA purpose;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section
3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 7.1826 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making
the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 3.2987 hectares. The Plot number and area for the de-notification are
given below in the table, namely: -
