L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-20092025-266266 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D0H0x9x2x0 25-266266 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4118] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रवार, जसतम्ब र 19, 2025/भार 28, 1947 No. 4118] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2025/BHADRA 28, 1947 वाजणज्य एव ं उद्योग मत्रं ालय (वाजणज्य जवभाग) (एसईिडे अनभु ाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 19 जसतम्बर, 2025 का.आ. 4236(अ).— यतः, म.ै इलक्ट्े रॉजनक्ट्स टेक्नोलॉिी पाकक-केरल (टेक्नोपाकक) न े केरल राज्य के अन्िरू कोनम गांव, जतरुवनंतपरु म जिला म ें सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एव ं सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थकत सेवाओं के जलए एक जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थकक िोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अतं गकत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था; और, यतः केन्र सरकार न,े जविषे आर्थकक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, वाजणज्य एव ं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्याओं का.आ. 2806(अ) दिनांक 29 नवम्बर, 2012 द्वारा उपयुकक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन म ें 17.7120 हक्ट्े टेयर अजधसूजचत दकया था; और यतः, म.ै इलेक्ट्रॉजनक्ट्स टेक्नोलॉिी पाकक-केरल (टेक्नोपाकक) न े अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थकक क्षत्रे स े 10.4523 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह ै 6229 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, यतः केरल राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र नंबर आईटी-2/91/2024-आईटीडी दिनांक 9 अप्रलै , 2025 के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी िे िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, भूजम पासकल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांच े के जनमाकण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मलू रूप स े पठरकजल्पत एसईिडे के उद्दश्े य को परू ा करेगा और ऐसा जवमुरीकृत क्षत्रे संबंजधत राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान की पुजष्ट करेगा; और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन जविेष आर्थकक िोन न े जविेष आर्थकक िोन के 10.4523 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै और यतः, केन्र सरकार इस बात स े संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गकत अपक्षे ाओं तथा अन्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह;ै अतः अब, जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रथम परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण म ें केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा 10.4523 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को उक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन के भाग स ेअनजधसूजचत करती ह,ै जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 7.2597 हक्ट्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण संख्या और क्षेत्रफल नीच ेताजलका म ेंदिए गए ह:ैं- अनजधसजू चत क्षत्रे हते ुताजलका क्रम. स ं. गाव ंका नाम ब्लॉक नबं र पनु :सवक्षे ण सख्ं या क्षत्रे फल ( हक्ट्े टेयर म) ें 1. अन्िरू कोनम 8 10 (भाग( 2.8613 2. 11 4.0790 3. 12 3.5120 कुल 10.4523 उपयक्तु घटाव के पश्चात एसईिडे का कुल क्षत्रे फल 7.2597 [फा. स. ं एफ.1/11/2012-एसईिेड] जवमल आनंि, संयुक्त सजचव MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (SEZ Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September, 2025 S.O. 4236(E).—Whereas, M/s. Electronics Technology Parks-Kerala (Technopark), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Andoorkonam Village, Thiruvananthapuram District in the State of Kerala; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified an area of 17.7120 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Numbers S.O.2806(E) dated 29th November, 2012; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Electronics Technology Parks-Kerala (Technopark) has now proposed for de- notification of 10.4523 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Kerala has given its approval to the proposal vide letters No. IT-A2/91/2024-ITD dated 09th April, 2025. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be utilized for the[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged and such de-notified area will confirm to Land Use Guidelines/master plans of the respective State Government; AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 10.4523 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 10.4523 hectares, thereby making the resultant area as 7.2597 hectares.
