पिात् कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, यह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूचीमें कदया गया है, गुिरात राज्य
के िामिगर जिले मे रािकोट-कािालुस ब्रोड गेि इकहरी लाईि का दोहरीकरण पररयोििा िाम की जविेष रेल
पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के जलये आवश्यक ह,ै ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करि े के आिय की घोषणा करती ह।ै
उक्त भूजम के जलये इछक कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख स े तीस कदि के भीतर,
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि उपयुाक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग के
संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा।
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाात्, प्रातं अजधकारी, िामिगर (ग्राम्य), जिला िामिगर को जलजखत रुप
मे ककया िाएगा िो कक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकता ा को व्यजक्तगत रुप स े या कािुिी प्रेजटटििर के
माध्यम स े सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐस े आिेपों की सुिवाई और िांच करि े के पिात्, यकद आवश्यक
समझे तो, आदेि द्वारा या तो आिेपों के जलय ेअिुमजत दगे ा या अिुमजत प्रदाि िही करेगा।
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उप-धरा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम होगा।
इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आि े वाली भूजम की भूजम योििा और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ैं और इछुक व्यजक्त द्वारा
सिम प्राजधकारी के उक्त उल्लेजखत कायाालय म ेंउिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 25th July, 2025
G.S.R. 521(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways
Act, 1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for
the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Rajkot-Kanalus doubling of Broad Gauge single line in District
Jamnagar in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under
sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer- Jamnagar (Rural),
District Jamnagar, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector
an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and
after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or
disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
