उक्त भूजम में रुजच रखिे वाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािि की जतजर् से तीस कदिों की
अवजध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के तहत उक्त भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयक्तुा प्रयोिि के
जलए इसके उपयोग पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह।ै

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाात ् प्रांत अजधकारी-डीसा, जिला बिासकांठा को जलजखत म ें दी िाएगी
और उसमें आपजत्त के कारण बताए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकताा को स्ट्वय ं या ककसी कािूिी सलाहकार के माध्यम
से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों की सुिवाई करि े और सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा आवश्यक
समझी िािे वाली आगे की िांच करिे के बाद, आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह।ै उक्त
अजधजियम की धारा 20(घ) की उपधारा (II) के तहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा।

NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 03(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, “Construction of Bridge No. 100 (13 x 30.50m Span Open Web
Girder) and Bridge (RUB/LHS) No. 99 (1 x 12.20M PSC Slab) including misc. works like pitching, toe wall, floor
protection, Earthwork in formation, blanketing, trolley refuges, laying and linking of Broad Gauge line, tamping off
track, destressing of LWRs, transportation of P. way material, supply and Stacking of stone ballast and other misc.
works required for successful completion of work in connection with construction of new Major Bridge No. 100 on
diverted alignment on Patan-Bhildi BG section of Ahmedabad Division on Western as a Special Railway Project for
acquisition of land in the State of Gujarat hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for aforesaid purpose under[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer-Deesa, District
Banaskantha, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an
opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after
making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the
objections. Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
