रतलाम तीसरी और चौिी लाइन (258.94 ककमी) पररयोिना, रतलाम जडर्ीिन, पजिमी रेलर्े" के जनष्पादन के जलए आर्श्यक है, एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण की अपनी मंिा की घोषणा करती ह।ै उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखन े र्ाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की जतजि स े तीस कदनों की अर्जध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ग) की उपधारा (I) के तहत उपरोक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह।ै ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अिावत ् प्रांत अजधकारी दाहोद, ताल का दाहोद, जिला दाहोद (ग िरात) को जलजखत में प्रस्ट्त त की िाएगी और उसमें आपजत्त के कारण बताए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकताव को स्ट्र्यं या कानूनी सलाहकार के माध्यम से स नर्ाई का अर्सर प्रदान करेगा और सभी आपजत्तयों की स नर्ाई करन े और सिम प्राजधकारी 6884 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] द्वारा आर्श्यक समझे िाने र्ाली आगे की िांच करने के बाद, आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार या अस्ट्र्ीकार कर सकता ह।ै उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ग) की उपधारा (II) के तहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा। इस अजधसूचना के अतं गतव आन े र्ाली भूजम के भू-मानजचत्र और अन्य जर्र्रण उपलब्ध ह ैं और इच्छ क व्यजक्त उपय वक्त सिम प्राजधकारी के कायावलय में इनका जनरीिण कर सकते ह।ैं अनस चू ी गि रात राज्य म ेंपजिमी रेलर् ेके रतलाम जडर्ीिन की जर्िषे रेलर् े पररयोिना "र्डोदरा - NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 17th August, 2026 G.S.R. 786(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said the Railway Amendment Act 2008), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, “Vadodara - Ratlam 3rd and 4th line (258.94 Km) Project of Ratlam Division on Western Railway”in Taluka Dahod, District-DAHOD in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquired such land :
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Deputy Collector and Prant Officer Dahod, Taluka Dahod, District Dahod (GUJARAT), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may,after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project “Vadodara - Ratlam 3rd and 4th line (258.94 Km) Project of Ratlam Division on Western Railway “in the state of Gujarat.
