पररयोिना के जनष्पादन के जलए अपेजित ह,ै ग िरात राज्य के वडोदरा जिले म ें समलाया रेलवे फ्लाईओवर जिि (8.40
ककमी) और लोटाना बाईपास लाइन (7.55 ककमी) पररयोिना सजहत डभोई - समलाया (46.45 ककमी) का आमान पररवतिन,
एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करने के अपने इरादे की घोषणा करता ह;ै
उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखन े वाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, सरकारी रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस
कदनों की अवजध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 डी की उप-धारा (I) के तहत पूवोक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के
अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह;ै

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी नामत प्रांत अजधकारी सावली, ताल का सेवा सदन कायािलय सावली और प्रांत
अजधकारी वाघोजडया, ताल का सेवासदन कायािलय डभोई, जिला वडोदरा को जलजखत रूप म ें की िाएगी और उसके आधार
जनधािररत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकता ि को व्यजक्तगत रूप स ेया कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा स नवाई का अवसर दगे ा
और कर सकता ह।ै ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को स नने के बाद और ऐसी आगे की िांच करन ेके बाद, यकद कोई हो, िैसा कक सिम
प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझता ह,ै आदेि द्वारा, या तो आपजत्तयों की अन मजत द ेंया अस्ट्वीकार करें;
उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 (डी) की उप-धारा (II) के तहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई भी आदेि

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 15th April, 2026
G.S.R. 282(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways
Act,1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said act 2008), the Central Government after being satisfied that
for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Gauge Conversion of Dabhoi - Samalaya (46.45 Km) including
Samlaya Railway fly over bridge (8.40 Km) and Lotana bye pass line (7.55 Km) Project in District Vadodara in the
State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquired such land ;
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act;
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer Savli, Taluka Seva Sadan
office Savli and Prant Officer Waghodiya, Taluka Seva sadan office Dabhoi, District Vadodara, in writing and shall set
out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in
person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
