सा.का.जि. 441(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त
अजधजियम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20क के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुये, य े समाधाि हो िाि े के
पश्चात् कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, यह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूिी में कदया गया ह,ै गुिरात राज्य
के जविषे रेलव े पररयोििा, अर्ाता ् सामाजखयाली गाधं ीधाम िौगिु ा पररयोििा (53.00 ककमी) जिला कच्छ म ें के
जिष्पादि के जलये आवयक ह,ै ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करि े के आिय की घोषणा करती ह।ै
उक्त भूजम के जलये इछक कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूििा के प्रकािि की तारीख स े तीस कदि के भीतर,
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि उपयुाक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भजू म के अिाि और उपयोग के
संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाात् प्रांत अजधकारी- भािाऊ, जिला कच्छ को जलजखत में दी िाएगी और
उसमें आपजत्त के कारण बताए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकताा को स्ट्वयं या कािूिी सलाहकार के माध्यम से सुिवाई
का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों की सुिवाई करि े और सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा आवयक समझी िाि े
वाली आगे की िांि करिे के बाद, आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह।ै उक्त अजधजियम की
धारा 20(डी) की उपधारा (II) के तहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा।उक्त अजधजियम की
धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम होगा।
इस अजधसूििा के अधीि आि े वाली भूजम की भूजम योििा और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ैं और इछुक व्यजक्त द्वारा
सिम प्राजधकारी के उक्त उल्लेजखत कायाालय म ेंउिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 2nd June, 2026
G.S.R. 441(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of the Special Railway Project, namely Samakhiyali Gandhidham Quadrupling Project (53.00 KM) in
District Kutch in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under
sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer- Bhachau, District
Kutch, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an
opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after
making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the
objections. Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be
inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
