का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अजधसूिना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से, नीिे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ (3) में उल्लेजखत जिलों के
सम्बंध में गुिरात राज्य में जविेष रेल पररयोिना के संिभभ में “गेरतपुर (बारिेडी नांिेि) से साणंि के बीि िौथी लाइन पररयोिना
(38.20 दक.मी.)” के जलए भूजम अजधग्रहण के जनष्पािन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और प्रिालन के लोक प्रयोिन के जलए स्ट्तम्भ (2) में
उल्लेजखत अजधकाररयों को उि अजधजनयम के अधीन ऐस े अजधकारी के रूप में कृत्यों का जनवभहन करने के जलए सक्षम अजधकारी के रूप
में प्राजधकृत करती ह ै।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 4th August, 2023
This notification supersedes the Notification S.O. 1171(E), published on 10/03/2023
S.O. 3505(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers nominated in column (2) of the Table
below as “Competent Authority” to perform the function as such authority under the said act with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of “4th line between
GERATPUR (Barejadi Nandej) – SANAND (38.20Km) Project” in the State of Gujarat relating to District mentioned
in Column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such
Special Railway Project.
