प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाात,् प्रांत अजधकारी, वीरमगााँव,जिला अहमिाबाि कोजलजखतरुप म े दकया िाएगा िो दक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को व्यजक्तगत रुप स े या कािुिी प्रेजटटििर के माध्यम स े सुिवाई का अवसर प्रिाि करेगा और सभी ऐस े आिेपों की सुिवाई और िांच करि े के पिात,् यदि आवश्यक समझे तो, आिेि द्वारा या तो आिेपों के जलय ेअिुमजत िगे ा या अिुमजत प्रिाि िही करेगा; Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
