L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-एम.एच.-अ.-19042023-245254 xxxGIDHxxx CG-MH-E-19042023-245254 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 1702] िई कदल्ली, मगं लवार, अप्रलै 18, 2023/चत्रै 28, 1945 No. 1702] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, APRIL 18, 2023/CHAITRA 28, 1945 रेल मत्रं ालय [पजिम रेलव े(जिमाणा सगं ठि)] अजधसचू िा मुम् बई, 18 अप्रलै , 2023 का.आ. 1782(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पिात ् उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20क के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुये, य े समाधाि हो िाि े के पिात् कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, यह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में कदया गया ह,ै मध्यप्रदेि राज्य के खरगोि जिले म े रतलाम - इंदौर डा. अम्बेडकर िगर खंडवा आमाि पररवतिा पररयोििा (298.60 कक.मी.) िाम की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के जलये आवश्यक है, ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करि े के आिय की घोषणा करती ह।ै उक्त भूजम के जलये इच्छुक कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसचू िा के प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि उपयुाक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भजू म के अिाि और उपयोग के संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा। प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाात्, अिुजवभागीय अजधकारी, (रािस्ट्व) व सिम अजधकारी बड़वाह, जिला- खरगोि (म.प्र.) को जलजखत रुप म ें ककया िाएगा िो कक आिपे का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को व्यजक्तगत रुप से या कािुिी प्रेजटिििर (अजधवक्ता) के माध्यम से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों 2539 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] की सुिवाई और िांच करि े के पिात,् यकद आवश्यक समझे तो, आदेि द्वारा या तो आिेपों के जलय े अिुमजत दगे ा या अिुमजत प्रदाि िही करेगा। उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम होगा। इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आि े वाली भूजम की भूजम योििा और अन् य ब् यौरे उपलब् ध ह ै और इच् छूक व् यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उटत उल्ल ेजखत कायाालय म ेंउिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता ह ै । अिसु चू ी मध्यप्रदेि राज्य म ें रतलाम - इंदौर डा. अम्बेडकर िगर खंडवा आमाि पररवतिा पररयोििा (298.60 कक.मी.) िाम की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जलए अजधग्रहण की िाि े वाली संरचिा सजहत या संरचिा रजहत भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण । जिले का िाम :- खरगोि क्रम तहसील का ग्राम का िाम प.ह.िं. खसरा संख् या अिािीय िेत्रफल भूजम का संख् या िाम स्ट् टव ये र मीिर हटे ि ेयर म ें प्रकार म ें ससंजचत/ अससंजचत 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 01 बड़वाह उमररया 18 348 5000 0.500 अससंजचत योग 01 5000 0.500 -- [फा. सं. : ई. ऑकफस (E 322849-4)] धीरि कुमार, मुख्य पररयोििा प्रबंधक, जिमााण, इंदौर MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 18th April, 2023 S.O. 1782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of Special Railway Project, namely, Gauge Conversion of Ratlam Indore Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Khandwa (298.60 Km) Project in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land: Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act: Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) & Competent Authority Barwaha, District- Khargone (M.P.), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
