पूर्तच हते ु, अनुसूची में संलग्न भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण, आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के प्रकािम ज़िले के टंगुटूरु मंडल के टंगुटूरु ग्राम में टंगुटूरु –
सुरारेड्डीपालेम स्ट्टेिनों के बीच कक .मी.272/18–20 पर समपार संख्या 193 के स्ट्थान पर सड़क ऊपरी पुल के जनमाचण, अथाचत् एक
जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक है, एतद ्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करने की अपनी मंिा घोजषत करती है।
कोई भी व्यजि, िो उि भूजम में रुजच रखता है, वह इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस )30) कदनों की
अवजध के भीतर, उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20D की उपधारा- (1) के अंतगचत, उपयुचि उद्देश्य के जलए उि भूजम के अजधग्रहण और
उपयोग पर आपजत्तयााँ प्रस्ट्तुत कर सकता ह।ै
प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाचत् रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी, ओंगोल, प्रकािम जिला को जलजखत रूप में प्रस्ट्तुत की
िाएगी तथा उसमें आपजत्त के आधार स्ट्पष्ट रूप से अंककत ककए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाचत् रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी, ओंगोल,
प्रकािम जिला, आपजत्त करने वाले व्यजि को व्यजिगत रूप से अथवा कानूनी प्रैजटटिनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा
और सभी ऐसी आपजत्तयों को सुनने के पश्चात् तथा भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी (CALA) द्वारा आवश्यक समझी िाने
वाली ककसी भी अजतररि िााँच के उपरांत, आदेि द्वारा ऐसी आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकृत अथवा अस्ट्वीकृत कर सकता है।

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 18th March, 2026
S.O. 1492(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the
execution of The Special Railway Project namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing (LC)
No. 193 at Km.272/18-20 between Tanguturu – Surareddipalem stations” at Tanguturu village Tanguturu Mandal in
Prakasam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intension to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid
purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Revenue Divisional
Officer, Ongole, Prakasam District in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority
Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole, Prakasam District shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in
person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any
as the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition(CALA) thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the
objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under sub section (ii) of section 20(D) of
the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority (CALA).
