उद्देश्य की पूर्त वहते ु, अनुसूची म ेंसंलग्न भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण, कनावटक राज्य के यादजगर ज़िल ेके यादजगर तालुका के िेट्टीकेरे
ग्राम में ललंजगरी एवं यादजगर स्ट्टेिनों के बीच कक.मी. 622/7–8 पर समपार संख्या 227 के स्ट्थान पर सड़क ऊपरी सेतु के
जनमावण, अथावत् एक जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना के जनष्पादन के जलए, जिसकी भूजम का जवस्ट्तार 5.02 एकड़ ह,ै आवश्यक ह,ै
एतद ्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन े की अपनी मंिा घोजषत करती ह।ै
कोई भी व्यजि, िो उि भूजम म ेंरुजच रखता ह,ै वह इस अजधसचू ना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस (30)
कदनों की अवजध के भीतर, उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20D की उप-धारा (1) के अंतगवत, उपयिुव उद्देश्य के जलए उि भूजम के
अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपजत्तयााँ प्रस्ट्तुत कर सकता ह।ै
प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथावत ् सहायक आयुि, यादजगर को जलजखत रूप म ें प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी तथा
उसमें आपजत्त के आधार स्ट्पष्ट रूप से अंककत ककए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी, अथावत ् सहायक आयुि, यादजगर, आपजत्त करन े
वाले व्यजि को व्यजिगत रूप से अथवा काननू ी प्रैजटटिनर के माध्यम से सनु वाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसी
आपजत्तयों को सुनन े के पश्चात ् तथा भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी (CALA) द्वारा आवश्यक समझी िान े वाली
ककसी भी अजतररि िााँच के उपरांत, आदिे द्वारा ऐसी आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकृत अथवा अस्ट्वीकृत कर सकता ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 26th February, 2026
S.O. 1083(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the
execution of The Special Railway Project namely,“ Construction of Road Over Bridge In lieu of Level Crossing
No. 227 at Km. 622/7-8 in between Lingiri and Yadgir stations to an extent 5.02 Acres in Shettikere village of Yadgir
Taluka in Yadgir District” in the State of Karnataka, hereby declares its intension to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Assistant Commissioner, Yadgir in
writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority Assistant Commissioner, Yadgir shall
give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such
objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition(CALA) thinks
necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under sub section (ii) of section 20(D) of
the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested personat the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority(CALA).
