पर अडोनी स्ट्टेिन याड,ग वगें लापुरम एवं माडं ाजगरी ग्राम, अडोनी मंडल, कनलूग जिला, आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य में सड़क उपररगामी
पुल (आरओबी) के जनमाणग हते ु है, उि भूजम के अजधग्रहण की अपनी मिं ा की घोषणा करती ह।ै
उि भूजम म ेंजहत रखने वाला कोई भी व्यजि, इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की जतजथ से तीस (30) कदनों की
अवजध के भीतर, उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20-D की उप-धारा (1) के अतं गतग , उि उद्देश्य के जलए भूजम के अजधग्रहण एवं
उपयोग के जवरुद्ध आपजत्त प्रस्ट्ततु कर सकता ह।ै
प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथागत् उप कलेक्टर/सीएएलए, अडोनी को जलजखत रूप में दी िाएगी तथा उसमें
आपजत्त के आधार स्ट्पष्ट रूप से अंककत ककए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी एवं उप कलेक्टर/सीएएलए, अडोनी आपजत्तकताग को
स्ट्वयं या जवजधक प्रजतजनजध के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेंगे और सभी आपजत्तयों को सुनने तथा आवश्यक
समझे िाने पर अजतररि िांच करने के उपरांत आदिे द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकते ह।ैं

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 22nd January, 2026
S.O. 349(E) in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for Construction
of Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of LC. No. 195 at Km 493/8-9 at Adoni Station Yard in Vengalapuram and
Mandagiri villages of Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District in the state of Andra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to
acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of
this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of Section 20-D of the said Act.
Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely Sub Collector/CALA Adoni in writing
and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority and Sub Collector/ CALA, Adoni shall give the
objector an opportunity of being heard. either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections
and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or
disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub section (2) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land under this notification are available and can be inspected by the
interested persons at the aforesaid office of the competent authority
