L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-टी.एल.-अ.-12102026-277071 CG-TLxx-xEG-I1D2H1x0x2x0 26-277071 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 5353] नई कदल्ली, िुक्रवार, अक्त बू र 9, 2026/आजश्व न 17, 1948 No. 5353] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2026/ASVINA 17, 1948 रेल मत्रं ालय (दजिण मध्य रेलव( े अजधसचू ना जसकंदराबाद, 8 अक्त ूबर, 2026 का.आ. 5565(अ).— रेलवे अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20A की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए (जिसे आग े "उि अजधजनयम" कहा गया ह)ै , केंद्र सरकार, इस तथ्य स े संतुष्ट होन े के पश्चात ् कक सावविजनक उद्देश्य की पूर्तव हते ु, अनुसूची में सलं ग्न भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण, कनावटक राज्य के कलबुगी ज़िले के जचत्तापुर तालुका के बाप ू नगर और नालवार गााँव म ें नालवार स्ट्टेिन याड व म ें कक.मी. 657/2-3 पर जस्ट्ित समपार संख्या 232 के स्ट्िान पर सड़क उपरर पलु के जनमावण, अिावत् एक जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक है, एतद ् द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन ेकी अपनी मिं ा घोजषत करती ह।ै कोई भी व्यजि, िो उि भूजम में रुजच रखता है, वह इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन की तारीख स े तीस (30) कदनों की अवजध के भीतर, उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20D की उप-धारा (1) के अतं गतव , उपयुवि उद्देश्य के जलए उि भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपजत्तयााँ प्रस्ट्ततु कर सकता ह।ै प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अिावत् सहायक आयिु , उप-जवभाग, सडे म को जलजखत रूप में प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी तिा उसमें आपजत्त के आधार स्ट्पष्ट रूप से अंककत ककए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी, अिावत् सहायक आयिु , उप- जवभाग, सेडम आपजत्त करने वाले व्यजि को व्यजिगत रूप से अिवा कानूनी प्रैजक्टिनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर 7803 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसी आपजत्तयों को सुनने के पश्चात् तिा भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा आवश्यक समझी िाने वाली ककसी भी अजतररि िााँच के उपरांत, आदेि द्वारा ऐसी आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकृत अिवा अस्ट्वीकृत कर सकता ह।ै उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20(D) की उप-धारा (ii) के अंतगतव भूजम अिवन हते ु सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा। इस अजधसूचना के अतं गतव आने वाली भूजम की भूजम योिनाएाँ एवं अन्य जववरणउपलब्ध ह ैं तिा इच्छुक व्यजि सिम प्राजधकारी के उपयिुव कायावलय में उनका अवलोकन कर सकते ह।ैं अनसु चू ी अजधग्रहण म ें भजू म का जववरण: कनावटक राज्य के कलबगु ी ज़िले के जचत्तापुर तालुका के बापू नगर और नालवार गााँव म ें नालवार स्ट्टेिन याडव म ेंकक.मी. 657/2-3 पर जस्ट्ित समपार सख्ं या 232 के स्ट्िान पर सड़क उपरर पलु के जनमावण। भूजम का भूजम की प्रकृजत मडं ल का ित्रे फल एकडटा प्रकार क्र. स ं. ग्राम का नाम सविे ण सख्ं या (अससजं चत/ नाम म ें (सरकारी / ससजं चत जनिी 1 बापू नगर 470 01-20 जनिी अससंजचत 2 नालवार 608 02-12 जनिी अससंजचत 3 जचत्तापुर नालवार 614 0-06 जनिी अससंजचत 4 नालवार 615 0-01 जनिी अससंजचत 5 नालवार 616 0-02 जनिी अससंजचत कुल 04-01 [फा. स.ं RSP/Gazette/20A/LC.No.232/GY-WD/SC] ि े सधमाव दवे रॉयल, सीई / सी / आरएसपी MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South Central Railway)
NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 8th October, 2026 S.O. 5565(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of The Special Railway Project namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge In lieu of Level Crossing No.
232 at Km.657/2-3 at Nalwar station yard” in Bapu Nagar and Nalwar villages of Chittapur Taluka in Kalaburagi District in the State of Karnataka, hereby declares its intension to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Assistant Commissioner, Sub- Division Sedam in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority Assistant Commissioner, Sub-Division Sedam shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Any order made by the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition under sub section (ii) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority (CALA).
