अर्ाात “राि एक्सप्रसे एव ंफ्री प्रसे ” म ेंतारीख 06 कदसंबर, 2024 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा।

अत: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोट ा के प्राप्त होि े पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 ‘ड’
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक इससे उपाबध्द अि सूिी म ेजवजिर्दष्टा भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी।
और यह कक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजियम कक धारा 20 ‘ड’ कक उपधारा (2) के अि सरण म े यह घोषणा करती ह ै
कक रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूििा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इस से उपाबध्द अि सूिी म ेजवजिर्दष्टा भूजम सभी जवलंगमो से मक्त होकर

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 11th June, 2025
S.O. 2566(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number, S.O. 5174(E) dated the 30 November, 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section
3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 30 November, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued under sub-
section (1) of section 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),
the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said
notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely
new BG line project from Dahod to Indore (through Jhabua, Sardarpur, Dhar and Pithampur) 204.76 km in
Jhabua district in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Papers ― “Free Press” &
“Raj Express” dated 06 December, 2024 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, in Kakadkua village no objections were received and competent Authority have passed the
orders accordingly;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report
to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in
the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
