और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अधीि स्ट्थािीय िैजिक समाचार “गिु रात समाचार” म ें दििांक 21.12.2022 , और “इंजडयि एक्सप्रेस” म ें दििांक 21.12.2022 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी भी व्यजक्त का कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं हुआ ह ै; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अिुसरण म ें अपिी ररपोटा केंद्र सरकार को सौंप िी ह;ै अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटा प्राप्त होिे पर रेल अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक इसम े उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात दक िाएगी ; And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspaper “Gujarat Samachar” dated 21st December 2022. “The Indian Express” dated 21st December 2022 under subsection (4) of section 20A of the said Act; and whereas, no objection has been received by the competent authority. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report of the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
