और, उक्त अजधजनयम का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन दैजनक समाचार पत्रों अर्ाडत “दैजनक भास्ट्कर (हहदं ी)” व “मालाव दिनड (हहदं ी)” म ें अनुजवभागीय अजधकारी (रािस्ट्व) एव ं सक्षम प्राजधकारी जिला नीमच द्वारा, तारीख 12 अक्टूबर 2022 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को ककसी भी व्यजक्त का आपेक्ष प्राप्त नहीं हुआ ह ै और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोट ड केंरीय सरकार को सौंप दी ह;ै 3849 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अत: अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इससे उपाबध्द अनुसूची म े जवजनर्दष्टड भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगी; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi)” & “Malav Darshan (Hindi)” on 12 October 2022 by Sub Divisional Officer and Competent Authority, Nimach (M.P.) under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said act; And whereas, for Hingoriya and Jamuniyakalan village of Nimach District, no objection received to the Sub Divisional Officer and competent Authority, Nimach (M.P.); And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structures, falling within the Special Railway Project – “Nimach-Ratlam Doubling Project” in Nimach District in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
