और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अधीि स्ट्थािीय ग िराती िैजिक समािारपत्र “दिव्यभास्ट्कर” और स्ट्थािीय िजै िक समािारपत्र “इंजडयि एक्स्पस्ट्प्रेस ” म ेंदििांक 22.04.2026 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को िो भी कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थ े उिको हल कर दिया गया ह।ै और, सक्षम प्राजधकार, डभोई एव ं सावली ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अि सरण म ें अपिी ररपोर्ा केंद्र सरकार को सौंप िी ह;ै 4186 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोर्ा प्राप्त होिे पर रेल अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इसम े उपाबद्ध अिस ूिी म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात दक िाएगी ; And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspaper “the indian express” and “ divya bhaskar ” dated 22nd April 2026 under subsection (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And, whereas, objection has been received & resolved by the competent authority. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority Dabhoi - Samlaya has submitted its report of the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 Sub: Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project namely: Dabhoi-Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in District Vadodara in the state of Gujarat as per joint measurement sheet prepares by DILR Vadodara.
