जिमााण संगठि) की अजधसूचिा म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम को गुिरात राज्य के वडोिरा जिल े म े डभोई – समलाया आमाि पररवताि पररयोििा िाम की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पािि के जलय ेआवश्यक ह,ै ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करि े के आिय की घोषणा की गई थी; और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अधीि स्ट्थािीय गुिराती िैजिक समाचारपत्र “दिव्यभास्ट्कर” और स्ट्थािीय िजै िक समाचारपत्र “इंजडयि एक्स्पस्ट्प्रेस ” म ें दििांक 19.10.2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को िो भी कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थ े उिको हल कर दिया गया ह।ै और, सक्षम प्राजधकार, डभोई एव ं सावली िे उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अिुसरण म ें अपिी ररपोर्ा केंद्र सरकार को सौंप िी ह;ै अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोर्ा प्राप्त होि े पर रेल अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board ) (Published in the Gazette of India, under notification No. 752(A) dated 13.10.2025 Extra Ordinary- part II- Section-3 -Sub-section (ii)) (here in after referred to as the said notification) under subsection(I) of section 20A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to be acquired the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, Dabhoi – Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat. And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspaper “the indian express” and “ divya bhaskar ” dated 19th October 2025 under subsection (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And, whereas, objection has been received & resolved by the competent authority. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority Dabhoi - Samlaya has submitted its report of the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
