Dated.27.10.2025 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3 Sub section (ii), dated. 28.10.2025 (herein after referred to as said notification) and issued under sub section (1) of section 20(A) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing (LC) No.355 at Km.501/22-24 in Kothagudem Village of Denduluru Mandal in Eluru District, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. And whereas an extract of this notification was published in the daily newspapers the Deccan Chronical, Andhra Jyothy and Sakshi Daily News paper on 02nd November, 2025 with the approval of Manoj Kumar, Chief Engineer, Construction, Road Safety Projects South Central Railway, Secunderabad, under sub -section (1); Section 20A of this Act. And Whereas, Competent Authority (LA) & Revenue Divisional Officer, Eluru have objections received for Kothagudem Village of Denduluru Mandal of Eluru District of Andhra Pradesh State. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20(E) of this Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, on receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands mentioned in the Schedule have been annexed to be obtained here for the purpose mentioned above; Further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of this Act, the Central Government, hereby declares on publication of notification in the Official Gazette, that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
