And whereas an extract of this notification was published in ABN Andhra Jyothi, Namaste Telangana Daily and The Times of India newspapers on 14.01.2026 with the approval of Chief Engineer, Construction, Road Safety Projects, South Central Railway under sub section (1) section 20A of the Act. And whereas Competent Authority for Land Acquisition Keesara Division received objections from Land Owners/Interested Persons U/s 20D and after conducting personal hearing and making further enquiry disallowed the objections under Sub section (2) of Section 20D of Railways Act 1989. Now therefore, in the light of the above, the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of the section 20(E) of the said act, the Central Government may declare that the land mentioned in the schedule annexed hereunder for the purpose mentioned above.
