This notification supersedes the Notification S.O. 1245(E), published on 16/03/2023
S.O. 1270(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 37A of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act,
2008 the Central Government hereby notifies ―Ratlam - Fatehabad Chandrawati Ganj – Laxmibai Nagar (120 Km) including Ujjain
- Fatehabad Chandrawati Ganj section (22 Kms) Doubling Project‖ as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State
of Madhya Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.
