S.O. 2863(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause37A of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies “Declaration of Construction of 04 Nos. of Road
Over Bridges (ROBs) in lieu of Level Crossings No. 12, 18, 38 (Vadodara-Godhra)section and Level Crossing
No.17C (Godhra-Ratlam)section of Western Railway as Special Railway Projects for acquisition of land in the
State of Gujarat, for providing national infrastructure for public purpose with effect from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette.
