जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची में कदया गया है, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के ठाणे जजला मे म ंबई िहर पररवहन पररयोजना-III A
के अतं गतच बोरीवली-जवरार रेलवे स्ट्थानकों के दरम्यान पाचं वी एव छठी रेलवे लाईन, की जविेष रेल पाररयोजना के
जनष्पादन, अनर िण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अजचन करन े के आिय की घोषणा करती है ।
उक्त भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, राजपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस कदन के भीतर, उक्त
अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपय चक्त प्रयॊजन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजनच और उपयोग के संबधं
म ें आिपे कर सकेगा ।
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाचत उपजजल्हाजधकारी(भूसंपादन) मेरो सेंटर क्र. 3 ठाण,े जजल्हा ठाण,े
महाराष्ट्र को जलजखत में ककया जाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णणत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताच को व्यजक्तगत
रूप से या जवधी व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे आिेपों की स नवाई करने तथा ऐसी
जांच करने के पिात यकद कोई हो, जजसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, या तो आिपे ों को अनज्ञ ात कर
सकेगा या अन ज्ञात कर सकेगा ;

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 30th March, 2022
Notification under section 20 A of the Railway Act, 1989
S.O. 1514(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act.) The Central Government, after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for
purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely, “Borivali Virar
Western Railway 5th & 6th line under MUTP-III A Projects”, in Taluka Thane, District Thane in the state of
Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition)
Metro Centre No. 3 Thane, District Thane Maharashtra, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the
competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and
may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks
necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
