आवश्यक ह,ै ऐसी भूजम के अजना करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती ह।ै
उक्त भूजम के जलए इच्छ क कोई व्यजक्त, राजपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस ददन के भीतर,
उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ की उप धारा (1) के अधीन उपय क्त प्रयोजन के ऐसी भजू म के अजान और उपयोग के संबंध
में आिेप कर सकेगा।
प्रत्यके ऐसा आिपे सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात अनज वभागीय अजधकारी (राजस्ट्व) व सिम अजधकारी नीमच,
जजला-नीमच (मध्यप्रदिे ) को जलजखत रूप में दकया जावेगा जो दक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आपेिकता ा
को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या क़ानूनी अजधवक्ता के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी आिपे ों दक स नवाई और

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 30th September, 2022
This Notification supersedes previous Notification No. CG-MH-E-27092022-239145 (No 4360),
Dated 26.09.2022.
S.O. 4609(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of “Special Railway Project” i.e. Nimach-Ratlam Doubling Project in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby
declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under
sub-section (1) of section 20-D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue) &
Competent Authority, Nimach, District- Nimcah (M.P.), in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the
competent authority shall give the objector, an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and
may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act
shall be final.
