S.O. 2959 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20F of the Railway Act, 1989 (24
of 1989), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in
column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project namely, Rajkot -
Kanalus doubling of Broad Gauge single line in the Districts of Jamnagar in the State of Gujarat. Relating to the
districts mentioned in columns (3) of the said table for the execution, maintenance, management and operation of such
special railway project.
