Publication of notification of extraordinary gazette under Part II section 3 Sub Section (ii) under clause 20F (6) of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 for Authorisation of Arbitrator nominated by Central Government for the Special Railway Project of Vijapur Ambaliyasan GC Districts of Mahesana in the State of Gujarat.

S.O. 4520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 20 F (6) of the Railways (Amendment) Act,
2008, the Central Government hereby authorised the officers nominated in column (2) of the Table below to act as an
Arbitrator to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act in respect of Special Railway Project as
mentioned in column (4) of the table below in the state of Gujarat with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette.
