S.O. 1612(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 20F (6) of the Railways (Amendment) Act,
2008, the Central Government hereby authorises the officer specified in column (2) of the Table below to act as an
Arbitrator for the purpose of performing the functions of such authority under the said Act in respect of the Special Railway
Project specified in column (4) of the said Table in the State of Gujarat, with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.
