उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखिे वाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख स े
तीस दििों की अवजध के भीतर, उपरोक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह।ै
उप-अिुभाग (1) उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20डी: ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी िामत: प्रान्त अजधकारी रािकोट
ग्रामीण, जिला रािकोट को जलजखत म ें की िायेगी और उसके आधारों का उल्लेख दकया िायेगा तथा सिम प्राजधकारी
आपजत्तकताा को सुिवाई का अवसर प्रिाि करेगा, या तो व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या कािूिी व्यवसायी द्वारा और, ऐसी सभी
आपजत्तयों को सुििे के बाि और ऐसी आगे की िांच करि े के बाि, यदि कोई सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझ,े आििे
द्वारा, या तो आपजत्तयों को अिमु जत या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह।ै

CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 28th September, 2022
Corrigendum to Notification No. S.O. 2391(E), published on Dt.26/05/2022
S.O. 4563(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the
Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after
being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule
annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Rajkot-Kanalus doubling
of Broad Gauge single line in District Rajkot in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquire
such land. There was a typographical error in notification, which is required to be corrected. The following
survey number given in the notification for Jaliya village pertains to Khijadiya village. Accordingly,
corrigendum is issued.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land
for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer Rajkot Rural,
District Rajkot, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the
objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all
such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary,
by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act
shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be
inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
