की जसफाठरि की ह ै और अहमिाबाि िहरी जवकास प्राजधकरण द्वारा िारी संिोजधत भखू ंड संख्या के आधार पर समूच े
25.9163 हक्े टेयर को पनु ः अजधसूजचत करन े का अनुरोध दकया ह ै ;
और, यत:, जविेष आर्थसक िोनों के जलए अनुमोिन बोड सन ेजपछली अजधसूचनाओं को अजधक्रजमत करत ेुए संिोजधत
भूखंड संख्या के साथ नवीनतम अजधसूचना िारी करने की जसफाठरि की ह ै ;
और, यत:, केन्द्रीय सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (8) के अन्द्तगसत अपक्षे ाओं
तथा अन्द्य संबंजधत अपक्षे ाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह;ैं
अत: अब, जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परंतकु द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2026
S.O. 3351(E).— Whereas, M/s Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited, had proposed under Section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a Sector Specific SEZ for
Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services at Village Tragad and Chharodi, Taluka Dascroi,
Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 10.5623 hectares
and increase of 22.15 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Notification Number S.O. 1011(E) dated 22nd June, 2007 and S.O. 1577(E) dated 19th September, 2007;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 6.7919
hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Gujarat has given its approval to the proposal vide letter no.
IC/INFRA/SEZ/NOC/7528148 dated 26th November, 2025;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Kandla SEZ has recommended the proposal for decrease
in area of 6.7919 hectare at the Special Economic Zone and requested for re-notification of the entire 25.9163 hectares
based on the revised plot numbering issued by Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority;
AND, WHEREAS, the Board of Approval for Special Economic Zones recommended for issuance of fresh
notification with revised plot number superseding the earlier notifications;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section
3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government in supersession of previous notifications hereby de-notifies an area of 6.7919 hectare at above
special economic zone, thereby making the resultant notified area as 25.9163 hectares. The plot numbers and the areas
of SEZ, after de-notifying 6.7919 hectare, are given below in the table, namely: -
