GIFT SEZ Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Multi-Services at Villages Phirozpur and Ratanpur, District: Gandhinagar in the State of Gujarat; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1910(E) dated 18th August, 2011 an area of 105.4386 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. GIFT SEZ Limited has now requested for revision of survey numbers in the said original notification Number S.O. 1910(E) dated 18th August, 2011 on account of re-survey of land. Further, as per the[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Certificate dated 24.04.2023 certified by the District Inspector Land Records, Gandhinagar, the number of original survey numbers mentioned in the original notification for thirteen (13) survey numbers has now gone up to fourteen (14) survey numbers. However, there is no change in the original total area notified (i.e., 105.4386 Ha); AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby revise the survey numbers in the original notification as per the details given below in the table, namely: - Sl.
