NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2026
S.O. 3187(E).— Whereas, M/s. J Matadee Free Trade Zone Private Limited, had proposed under
section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a
Multi-Sector Special Economic Zone at Mannur and Valarpuram Villages, Perambakkam Road, Sriperumbudur Taluk,
Kanchipuram, in the State of Tamil Nadu;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified the following areas at above
Special Economic Zone as per the details given below: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. J Matadee Free Trade Zone Private Limited, has now proposed for inclusion of
additional area of 1.4850 hectares as a part of above Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 1.4850 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone,
thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 100.7050 hectares. The survey number and the area for
additional area notification given below in the table, namely:-
