L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-02122024-259097 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D2H1x2x2x0 24-259097 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4789] नई दिल्ली, सोमवार, दिसम् बर 2, 2024/अग्रहायण 11, 1946 No. 4789] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2024/AGRAHAYANA 11, 1946 वाजणज्य एव ं उद्योग मत्रं ालय (वाजणज्य जवभाग) (एसईिडे अनभु ाग) अधिसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 29 नवम् बर, 2024 का.आ. 5181(अ).—यतः, मै. केरल राज्य सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर जलजमटेड, न े केरल राज्य में एरामम गांव, थजलपराम्बु तालुक, कन्नरू जिला में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थित सेवाओं के जलए एक क्षेत्र जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थिक िोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अतं गति प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था; और यतः, केन्फ्र सरकार न े जविषे आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2583(अ) दिनांक 9 अकतूबर, 2013 द्वारा उपयक्तु जविेष आर्थिक िोन म ें 10.375 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत दकया था; 7786 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और यतः, म.ै केरल राज्य सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर जलजमटेड न े अब उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 10.375 हक्े टेयर के सम्पणू ि क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै और यतः, केरल सरकार ने उनके पत्र संख्या आईटी-ए2/6/2017-आईटीडी-भाग(1) दिनांक 5 अक्टूबर, 2024 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को अनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र िे दिया ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, भूजम पासिल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमाणि के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मूल रूप स े पठरकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्देश्य को पूरा करेगा और भूजम का टुकडा राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान के अनरूु प होगा; और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन जविेष आर्थिक िोन ने उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 10.375 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूण ि क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै अतः अब केंि सरकार, जविेष आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना को इस उत्सािन से पूवि दकए गए कायों या दकए िाने के जलए लोजपत को छोडकर, रद्द करती ह।ै [फा. स.ं एफ.1/110/2008-एसईिेड] जवमल आनंि, संयुक् त सजचव MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (SEZ DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th November, 2024 S.O. 5181(E).—Whereas, M/s. Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Eramam Village, Thaliparambu Taluk, Kannur District, in the State of Kerala; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified an area of 10.375 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 2583 (E) dated 09.10.2009; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited has now proposed to de- notify the entire area of 10.375 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Kerala has given No Objection Certificate to the proposal vide letter No. IT-A2/6/2017-ITD-Part(1) dated 5th October, 2024. After de-notification, the parcel of land will conform to land use guidelines/ master plan of the State Government; AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of entire area of 10.375 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except for things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
