करते हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन जनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण म ें केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्ट्थान के 2.3612

है जिस तारीख से उपयुसक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतगसत
अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा।

S.O. 4669(E).—Whereas, M/s. L & T Realty Developers Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic
Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) at L & T Campus, Bellary
Road, Byatarayanapura Village, Next to GKVK, Bengaluru District in the State of Karnataka;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3
of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10)
of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above Special Economic Zone on 24th
August, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,
2006, hereby notifies the 2.3612 hectares area comprising the Survey numbers and the area given below in the table,
namely: -

13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval
Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act consisting of the

2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Member ex officio;
