और यतः, केन्र सरकार न,े जविषे आर्थवक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्न ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत क्षेत्रों को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन में अजधसूजचत/अजतठरक्त क्षेत्र दकया था;

और, यतः तेलगं ाना राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र सं. 1229/आईटीई&सी/प्रोम/2016 दिनाक 2 अप्रैल, 2025 के प्रत्र के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी ि े िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, अनजधसूजचत भूखंडों का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमावण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मूल रूप से पठरकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्देश्य को पूरा करेगा। अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐसे भूखंडों का उपयोग तजमलनाडु सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििा-जनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान के अनरूु प होगा;

और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापटनम जविेष आर्थवक िोन ने जविेष आर्थवक िोन के 1.3510 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूणव क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै और यतः, केन्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गवत अपक्षे ाओं तथा अन्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;

अतः अब, जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा

1.3510 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025 S.O. 6116(E).—Whereas, M/s. Laxmi Infobahn One Private Limited (formally M/s. GAR Corporation Pvt.

Ltd), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the State of Telangana;

And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified/additional area the following

2. S.O. 1585 (E) Dated 9th April, 2019 - 0.769 2.429 AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Laxmi Infobahn One Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification of

1.3510 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Telangana has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.1229/ITE&C/Prom/2016 dated 2nd April, 2025. Further, after de-notification, the de-notified land parcel would be utilized towards creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged.

Post de-notification, use of such land parcels will conform to land use guidelines/master plans of the Government of Telangana;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.3510 hectares of the Special Economic Zone.

NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of

section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.3510 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 1.0780 hectares.
