Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. at Village Kalwara, Jhai, Bhambhoriya, Bagru Khurd & Newta, Tehsil- Sanganer, Distt-Jaipur, Rajasthan over an area of 604.5836 hectares; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. has now proposed for additional area notification of 0.781 hectares and partial area de-notification of 2.930 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Rajasthan has given its approval to the partial area de- notification vide letter No. F.4(25)Ind./1/2023 dated 6th September, 2023. Further, after de-notification, the land will be used as per the guidelines/master plan of the State Government; AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for additional area notification of 0.781 hectares and partial area de-notification of 2.930 hectares at the Special Economic Zone; NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 0.781 hectares and de-notifies an area of 2.930 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 602.4346 hectares.
