NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th June, 2026
S.O. 4512(E).— Whereas, M/s. Mangalore SEZ Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a multi-product
Special Economic Zone at Baikampady, Near Mangalore, District Dakshin Kannada in the State of
Karnataka;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de-
notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Mangalore SEZ Limited, has now proposed to include an area of 27.0093
hectares and decrease an area of 1.1558 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section
4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,
2006, the Central Government hereby adds an area of 27.0093 hectares and de-notifies an area 1.1558
hectares thereby making resultant area as 596.5615 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area
given below in the table, namely: -
