जलजमटेड) न े महाराष्ट्र राज्य के प्लॉट नंबर 3, कलवा टीटीसी औद्योजगक क्षेत्र, एमआईडीसी, जिला ठाणे म ें सूचना
प्रौद्योजगकी और सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थकत सेवाओं के जलए एक जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थकक िोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविषे
आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगकत
प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविषे आर्थकक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठठत उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्याओं
का.आ. 1876(अ) दिनांक 2 नवम्बर, 2007 ओर का.आ. 526(अ) दिनांक 12 फ़रवरी, 2016 द्वारा उपयक्तुक जविेष आर्थकक
िोन में क्रमिः 19.34 हक्े टेयर ओर 0.62 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यतः, म.ैमाइंडस्ट्पेस जबिनसे पाकक प्राइवेट जलजमटेडन े अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थकक क्षेत्र से 2.16 हक्े टेयर के
क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;
और, यतःमहाराष्ट्रराज्य सरकार न े उनके पत्र नंबर एसईिडे -2023/सीआर-03/आईएनडी-2 दिनांक 21 अगस्ट्त,
2024 के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी िे िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, भूजम पासकल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमाकण के
जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मूल रूप से पठरकजल्पत एसईिडे के उद्देश्य को पूरा करेगा और ऐसा जवमुरीकृत क्षेत्र संबंजधत राज्य
सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान की पुजष्ट करेगा;
और यतः जवकास आयक्तु , सीप़्जविेष आर्थकक िोन न े जविेष आर्थकक िोन के 2.16 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गकत अपक्षे ाओं तथा
अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रथम परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थकक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
2.16 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल
17.80 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण संख्या और क्षेत्रफल नीच ेताजलका में दिए गए ह:ैं -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2024
S.O. 5645(E).—Whereas, M/s. Mindspace Business Parks Private Limited (formerly M/s. Serene Properties
Private Limited), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information
Technology Enabled Services at Plot No. 3, Kalwa TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, District Thane, in the State of
Maharashtra;
And, whereas, the Central Government, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified an area of 19.34 hectares, and
0.62 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Numbers S.O.
1876(E) dated 2nd November, 2007, and S.O. 526(E) Dated 12th February, 2016, respectively;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Mindspace Business Parks Private Limitedhas now proposed for de-notification of
2.16 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Maharashtra has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No.SEZ-2023/CR-03/Ind-2 dated 21st August, 2024. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be
utilized for creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged and such
de-notified area will confirm to Land Use Guidelines/master plans of the respective State Government;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, SEEPZ Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 2.16 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones
Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.16 hectares, thereby making resultant area as
17.80 hectares. The survey numbers and the area for de-notification are given below in the table, namely:-
