उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अतं गता प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और, यतः केन्स्टर सरकार न,े जविेष आर्थाक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ परित उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, वाजणज्य एव ं उद्योग मंत्रालय के रािपत्र
सं. का.आ. 1130(अ) दिनांक 31 माच,ा 2017 के तहत उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थाक िोन म ें 4.95 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को
अजधसूजचत दकया था;
और यतः, म.ै एल एण्ड टी कन्स्टस्ट्रक्िन इदिप्मन्स्टट जलजमटेड (ररयलटी जडवीिन) एसईिडे -II ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष
आर्थाक िोन स े4.95 हक्े टेयर के संपूणा क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै

और यतः, कनााटक सरकार ने उनके पत्र स.ं सीआई 182 एसपीआई 2020 (अ) दिनांक 15.12.2020 के तहत
प्रस्ट्ताव को सहमजत ि ेिी ह;ै
और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन, एसईिेड न े जविेष आर्थाक िोन के 4.95 हक्े टेयर के संपूण ा क्षत्रे को
अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
अत: अब केन्स्टर सरकार, जविेष आर्थाक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों
का प्रयोग करत े हुए एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना को इस उत्सािन स े पूव ा दकए गए कायों या दकए िान े के जलए लोजपत
छोड़कर, रद्द करती ह।ै कनााटक सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 15.12.2020 के पत्र द्वारा िारी अनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र (एनओसी) के
अनुसार अनजधसूजचत भूजम का उपयोग आईटी/आईटीईएस पाका के जलए दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th October, 2021
S.O. 4255(E).— Whereas, M/s. L&T Construction Equipment Ltd. (Realty Division) SEZ-II had proposed
under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set
up a Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES at Byatarayanapura Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangaluru in the State of
Karnataka.
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, notified an area of 4.95 hectares vide
Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O.1130(E) dated 31st March, 2017;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. L&T Construction Equipment Ltd. (Realty Division) SEZ-II has now proposed to
de-notify entire area of 4.95 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its No Objection to the proposal vide letter
No. CI 182 SPI 2020 (E) dated 15.12.2020;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin, Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of entire area of 4.95 Hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic
Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such rescission. The de-notified land will be used for IT/ITES Park as per No Objection
Certificate (NOC) issued by Government of Karnataka vide letter dated 15.12.2020.
