और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप धारा (8) के अतंगसत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्द्य सबंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है और उनको उपयुसक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन के जवकास, प्रचालन एव ं रखरखाव हेतू उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंगसत दिनांक 22 जसतम्बर, 2026 को अनुमोिन पत्र प्रिान कर दिया है;

1. जविेष आर्थसक िोन का जवकास आयक्तु अध्यक्ष,पिेन

2. जनिेिक अथवा उप-सजचव,भारत सरकार,वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाजणज्य जवभाग या उसका सिस्ट्य,पिेन नाजमती जिसका स्ट्तर अवर सजचव,भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा

3. जविेष आर्थसक िोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राजधकार रखन े वाले क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त जविेि व्यापार महाजनिेिक सिस्ट्य,पिेन

4. जविेष आर्थसक िोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राजधकार रखने वाले सीमा-िुल्क आयुक्त या केन्द्रीय उत्पाि िुल्क सिस्ट्य,पिेन आयुक्त अथवा उनका नाजमती जिसका स्ट्तर संयक्तु आयुक्त स े कम नहीं होगा

5. जविेष आर्थसक िोन पर भ-ू भागीय क्षेत्राजधकार रखन े वाल े आयकर आयक्तु अथवा उसका नाजमती सिस्ट्य,पिेन जिसका स्ट्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा

6. जनिेिक (बैंककंग),जवत मंत्रालय,बैंककंग प्रभाग,भारत सरकार सिस्ट्य,पिेन

7. राज्य सरकार द्वारा नाजमत दकए िाने वाले िो अजधकारी जिनका स्ट्तर संयक्तु सजचव से कम नहीं होगा सिस्ट्य,पिेन

8. िोन के जवकासकता स का प्रजतजनजध जविेष,आंमजत्रती और यतः, जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 53 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 12 अक्टूबर, 2026 को उस तारीख के रूप में जनधासठरत करती है जिस तारीख से उपयसक्तु जविेष आर्थसक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतगसत अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा। [फा. स.ं के-43016/24/2026-एसईिेड] जवमल आनंि, संयुक्त सजचव[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (SEZ DIVISION)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th October, 2026 S.O. 5603(E).— Whereas, M/s. NIDP Developers Private Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Plot No. 7, Sector Knowledge Park -05, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of

section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above Special Economic Zone on 22nd September, 2026;

1. Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone Chairperson ex officio;

2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Member ex Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under officio;

Secretary to the Government of India

3. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade having territorial jurisdiction over the Member ex Special Economic Zone officio;

4. Commissioner of Customs or Central Excise having territorial jurisdiction over the Member ex Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner officio;

6. Director (Banking) in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division, Government of India Member ex officio;

7. Two officers, not below the rank of Joint Secretary, to be nominated by the State Member ex Government officio;

8. Representative of the Developer of the zone Special invitee AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby appoints the 12th October, 2026 as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
