अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह ै
और, यतः तले ंगाना राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र नंबर 6628/आईटीई&सी/प्रोम/2017 दिनांक 18 िून, 2025 के
अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी िे िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, भूजम पाससल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमासण के जलए दकया
िाएगा, िो मलू रूप स े पररकजल्पत एसईिडे के उद्दश्े य को परू ा करेगा और ऐसा जवमुरीकृत क्षेत्र संबंजधत राज्य सरकार के
भूजम उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान की पुजष्ट करेगा;
और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापत्तनम जविेष आर्थसक िोन ने जविेष आर्थसक िोन के 2.27 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गसत अपक्षे ाओं तथा
अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रथम परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
2.27 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पररमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 1.33

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th September, 2025
S.O. 4238(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. Phoenix Ventures Private Limited had proposed under section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a Sector Specific
Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the
State of Telangana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified the following areas
at above Special Economic Zone as details given below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Phoenix Ventures Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 2.27
hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Telangana has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No.6628/ITE&C/Prom/2017 dated 18th June, 2025. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be
utilized for creation of infrastructure which would sub serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged and such
de-notified area will confirm to Land Use Guidelines/master plans of the respective State Government.
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 2.27 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central
Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.27 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 1.33 hectares. The survey
numbers and the area for de-notification are given below in the table, namely:-
