और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप धारा (8) के अतंगधत
अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्द्य सबंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह ै और उनको उपयधक्तु जविेष आर्थधक िोन के जवकास,
प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतू उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंगधत दिनांक 9 िून, 2026 को अनुमोिन
पत्र प्रिान कर दिया है;

अतः अब, जविेष आर्थधक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए और जविेष आर्थधक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्ट्थान के
10.13 हेक्ट्टेयर के नीचे िी गई ताजलका में दिए गए सवेक्षण संख्याओं के क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत करती है, अथाधत्ः-

जिस तारीख से उपयुधक्त जविेष आर्थधक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतगधत
अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th July, 2026
S.O. 3675(E).—Whereas, M/s. Polymatech Electronics Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone
(SEZ) for manufacturing of Semiconductors and electronic components at Plot No.17/A, 17/B, 16/1A Mandir Hasaud,
Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3
of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10)
of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above Special Economic Zone on 9th
June, 2026;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules,
2006, hereby notifies the 10.13 hectares area comprising the Survey numbers and the area given below in the table,
namely: -

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the
Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act consisting of
the following Chairperson and Members, namely:-
1. Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone Chairperson ex
officio;
2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce Member ex officio;
and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under
Secretary to the Government of India
3. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade having territorial jurisdiction over Member ex officio;
the Special Economic Zone
4. Commissioner of Customs or Central Excise having territorial jurisdiction over the Member ex officio;
Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
5. Commissioner of Income Tax having territorial jurisdiction over the Special Member ex officio;
Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
6. Director (Banking) in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division, Government of Member ex officio;

Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
