22, नवा रायपुर, अटल नगर में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एव ं सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थित सेवाओं की स्ट्थापना हेतु जविेष आर्थिक
िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगित प्रस्ट्ताव
दकया ह;ै
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ैदक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतंगित अपेक्षाओं
तथा अन्द्य सबंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह ै और उनको उपयुिक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के जवकास, प्रचालन एव ं
रखरखाव हेतू उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंगित दिनांक 4 िून, 2025 को अनुमोिन पत्र प्रिान कर
दिया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए और जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 अनुसरण म ें केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्ट्थान के 2.70
हेक्टेयर के नीचे िी गई ताजलका में दिए गए सवेक्षण संख्याओं के क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत करती ह,ै अथाित्ः-

जिस तारीख से उपयुिक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतगित
अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th July, 2025
S.O. 3219(E).— Whereas, M/s. Rackbank Datacenters Private Limited, has proposed under section 3
of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up an
IT/ITES at Plot No.CF7, Sector-22, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, in the State of Chhattisgarh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval
under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above
Special Economic Zone on 4th June, 2025;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic
Zones Rules, 2006, hereby notifies the 2.70 hectares area comprising the Survey numbers and the area given
below in the table, namely: -

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to
be called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of
the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely: -
1. Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone Chairperson ex officio;
2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Member ex officio;
Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not
below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India
3. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade having territorial jurisdiction Member ex officio;

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot
under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
