और, यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, ररलायंस जविेष आर्थिक िोन ने 155.2540 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के
प्रस्ट्ताव की जसफाररि की ह;ै
और, यतः, केंर सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्द्य संबंजधत
आवश्यकताओं को परू ा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
155.2540 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन से अनजधसूजचत करती ह,ै जिसके पररमाणतः एसइिडे का

S.O. 5938(E).—Whereas, M/s. Reliance Industries Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Multi-Product Special
Economic Zone at Jamnagar, in the State of Gujarat;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified the following areas at above
Special Economic Zone as details given below in the table:-

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Reliance Industries Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 155.2540
hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Gujarat has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.
IC/INFRA/SEZ.NOC/07364193 dated 07.11.2025;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Reliance SEZ has recommended the proposal for de-
notification of an area of 155.2540 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section
3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 155.2540 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 1222.2082
hectares. The Survey numbers and the area for de-notification are given below in the table, namely: -
