और यतः, म.ै आरिीए इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थाक िोन म ें से 1.18 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै
और, यतः, कनााटक सरकार न े पत्र संख्या सीआई 170 एसपीआई 2018 दिनांक 10 अक्टूबर, 2025 के तहत
प्रस्ट्ताव को अपनी मंिूरी ि े िी हैI अनजधसूचना के बाि, भूजम पासाल का उपयोग आईटी अवसंरचना (गरै -एसईिडे ) के
जनमााण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मूल रूप से पठरकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्देश्य को पूरा करेगा और ऐसा जवमुरीकृत क्षत्रे
संबंजधत राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान की पुजि करेगा;
और, यतः, जवकास आयक्तु , कोचीन जविेष आर्थाक िोन न े 1.18 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूचत करन े के प्रस्ट्ताव
की जसफाठरि की ह;ै
और, यतः, केंर सरकार इस बात से संतिु ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्फ्य संबंजधत
आवश्यकताओं को परू ा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थाक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्फ्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थाक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्फ्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
1.18 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थाक िोन स े अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः एसइिडे का कुल
क्षेत्रफल 1.59 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत सवे नंबर और क्षेत्र िाजमल है,

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th February, 2026
S.O. 1199(E).—Whereas, M/s. RGA Infrastructure, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic
Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES
SEZ at Sy. No. 31/1 Chikkankannelli Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore, Karnataka;
And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified/de-notified the following areas
at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. RGA Infrastructure has now proposed for de-notification of 1.18 hectares from the
above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No.CI 170 SPI 2018 dated 10th October, 2025. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be utilized
towards creation of IT infrastructure (Non SEZ), which would sub serve the objective of the SEZ as originally
envisaged and such de-notified area will confirm to land use guidelines/master plans of the respective State
Government;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.18 hectares of the above the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section
3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central
Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.18 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total
area of the Special Economic Zone as 1.59 hectares. The survey numbers and area for the de-notification are given
below in the table, namely: -
