या दकसी मान् यताप्राप्त जि‍ िजि्ालय या संस्ट् र्ान से खजनि इंिीजनयरी या रासायजनक इंिीजनयरी या धातुकमा जिञेयान में मास्ट्दर ऑफ देक्नोलॉिी। ट्रदप्पण 1: अहता ाएं अन् यर्ा सुअ्हता अ्‍ य्र्ायों की ििा में उन कारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाएाँ संघ लोक सेिा आयोग के जििेकानुसार जिजर्ल की िा सकती हैं। ट्रदप्पण 2: अनुभि संबंधी अहता ाएं उन कारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाएाँ संघ लोक सेिा आयोग के जििेकानुसार, अनुसूजचत िाजतयों या अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों के अ्‍ य्र्ायों की ििा में तब जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह ैिब चयन के दकसी प्रक्म पर संघ लोक सेिा आयोग की यह राय है दक उनके जलए आरजक्षत ट्ररजियों को भरने के जलए अपेजक्षत अनुभि रखने िाले उन समुिायों के अ्‍ य्र्ायों की पयााप्त संख्य ा में उपलब् ध होने की संभािना नहीं ह।ै प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन द्वारा भती की ििा में िे श्रेजणयां जिनसे प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमेलन दक या िाएगा। (11) प्रोन्नजत: िेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-7(44900-142400 रुपये) में ऐसे सहायक अनुसंधान अजधकारी जिन्होंने जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में तीन िषा जनयजमत सेिा की हो और भारतीय खान ब्यूरो या दकसी अन्य मान्यताप्राप्त प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्र्ान द्वारा संचाजलत खजनि धातु िोधन या खजनि अजभलक्षणन के क्षेत्र में चार सप्ताह का सेिा-कालीन प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूिाक पूरा दकया हो। ट्रदप्पण: िहां ऐसे कजनष् ठ व् यजियों के संबंध में, जिन् होंने अपनी अहका या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन् नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा हो, िहां उनसे ज्य ेष् ठ व् यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया िाएगा परन् तु यह तब िब दक उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजक्षत अहका या पात्रता सेिा के आधे से अजधेक से या िो िषा से, इनमें से िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन् होंने अपन े ऐसे कजनष् ठ व् यजियों सजहत, जिन्ह ोंने ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच् चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन् नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीक्षा की अिजध सफलतापूिाक पूरी कर ली हो।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] यदि जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत है, तो उसकी संरचना क् या ह ै। भती करने में दकन पट्ररजस्ट्र्जतयों में संघ लोक सेिा आयोग से परामिा दकया िाएगा । (12) (13) समूह 'क' जिभागीय प्रोन् नजत सजमजत (प्रोन् नजत के संबंध में जिचार करने के जलए) िो प्रत्येक अिसर पर संघ लोक सेिा जनम् नजलजखत से जमलकर बनेगी :- आयोग से परामिा करना आि‍यक ह।ै 1. अध्यक्ष या सिस्ट्य, संघ लोक सेिा आयोग - अध्यक्ष; 2. जनििे क, खान मंत्रालय - सिस्ट्य; 3. अधीक्षण अजधकारी (अयस्ट्क प्रसाधन), भारतीय खान ब्यूरो - सिस्ट्य। समूह 'क' जिभागीय पुजष् द सजमजत (पुजष् द के संबंध में जिचार करने के जलए) िो जनम् नजलजखत स े जमलकर बनेगी :- 1. अधीक्षण अजधकारी (अयस्ट्क प्रसाधन), भारतीय खान ब्यूरो - अध्यक्ष; 2. अयस्ट्क प्रसाधन अजधकारी, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो - सिस्ट्य; 3. ज्येष्ठ खनन भूजिञेयानी, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो - सिस्ट्य। [फा. सं. 22/4/2011- एम-III-भाग (1)] संिय लोजहया, अपर सजचि MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st September, 2022 G.S.R. 720(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Indian Bureau of Mines, Director (Ore Dressing), Chief Ore Dressing Officer, Superintending Officer (Ore Dressing), Ore Dressing Officer, Deputy Ore Dressing Officer, Assistant ore Dressing Officer and Assistant Research Officer (Ore Dressing) Recruitment Rules, 2003,in so far as it relates to the post of Assistant Ore Dressing Officer, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Ore Dressing Officer in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines, namely:-— 1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Assistant Ore Dressing Officer (Group ‘A’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification .— No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 5. Saving. — Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 2: The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission, is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. (11) Promotion: Assistant Research Officer in level-7 in the pay matrix (Rs.44900-142400) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis and have successfully completed four weeks of in-service training in the field of Mineral Beneficiation or Mineral Characterisation conducted by the Indian Bureau of Mines or any other recognised training institute. Note:Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service.
