L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-04012024-251145 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D4H0x1x2x0 24-251145 xxxGIDExxx ऄसाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—ईप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 11] नइ ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, जनवरी 4, 2024/पौर् 14, 1945 No. 11] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2024/PAUSHA 14, 1945 खान मत्रं ालय ऄजधसचू ना नइ ददल्ली, 1 जनवरी, 2024 सा.का.जन. 14(ऄ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के ऄनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, खान मंत्रालय, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, क्षेत्रीय खान जनयंत्रक, ईप खान जनयंत्रक, वररष्ठ सहायक खान जनयंत्रक, सहायक खान जनयंत्रक और सहायक खनन ऄजभयंता (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भती जनयम, 2019 का और सिं ोधन करन े के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ैं ऄथाात:्-- 1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारभ.-(1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम खान मंत्रालय, भारतीय खान ब्यरू ो, क्षेत्रीय खान जनयंत्रक, ईप खान जनयंत्रक, वररष्ठ सहायक खान जनयंत्रक, सहायक खान जनयंत्रक और सहायक खनन ऄजभयंता (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) य ेराजपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. खान मंत्रालय म,ें भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, क्षेत्रीय खान जनयंत्रक, ईप खान जनयंत्रक, वररष्ठ सहायक खान जनयंत्रक, सहायक खान जनयंत्रक और सहायक खनन ऄजभयंता (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भती जनयम, 2019, ऄनुसूची म,ें सहायक खान जनयंत्रक के पद स ेसंबंजधत क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, - (क) स्ट्तम्भ (9) म,ें प्रजवजियों के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत रखा जाएगा, ऄथाात:् - "दो वर्ा। 101 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] रिप्पण: सीध े भती दकए गए लोगों को पररवीक्षा ऄवजध परू ी करन े के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा यथा जवजहत, कम से कम दो सप्ताह की ऄवजध का अज्ञापक प्रवेि प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूवाक परू ा करना होगा’’; (ख) स्ट्तम्भ (11) म,ें - (i) "प्रोन्नजत" ईप-िीर्ाक के ऄधीन, "तीन वर्ा" िब्द के स्ट्थान पर, "पांच वर्ा" िब्द रखे जाएगं ;े (ii) "प्रोन्नजत" ईप-िीर्ाक और ईससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात और रिप्पण से पवू ा, जनम्नजलजखत रिप्पण ऄंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, ऄथाात्: - “रिप्पण 1: खान मंत्रालय, भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, क्षेत्रीय खान जनयंत्रक, ईप खान जनयंत्रक, वररष्ठ सहायक खान जनयंत्रक, सहायक खान जनयंत्रक और सहायक खनन ऄजभयंता (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 की ऄजधसूचना की तारीख को जनयजमत अधार पर वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 7 (44900-142400 रुपय)े में सहायक खनन ऄजभयंता के फीडर पद के संबंध में पात्रता सेवा तीन वर्ा जारी रहगे ी।”; (iii) "रिप्पण" को "रिप्पण 2" के रूप में संख्यादकत दकया जाएगा; (iv) "रिप्पण 1" को "रिप्पण 3" के रूप म ेंपुनः संख्यादकत दकया जाएगा। [फा. स.ं 22/1/2023-एम.III] संजय लोजहया, ऄपर सजचव रिप्पण : मलू जनयमों को भारत के राजपत्र, ऄसाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, ईप-खंड (i) म ें की ऄजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 951(ऄ) ताररख 20 ददसंबर, 2019 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और तत्पश्चात म ें ऄजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 117(ऄ.) ताररख 15 फरवरी, 2022 की और ऄजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 118(ऄ.) 15 फरवरी, 2022 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st January, 2024 G.S.R. 14(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Regional Controller of Mines, Deputy Controller of Mines, Senior Assistant Controller of Mines, Assistant Controller of Mines and Assistant Mining Engineer (Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019, namely:-— 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Regional Controller of Mines, Deputy Controller of Mines, Senior Assistant Controller of Mines, Assistant Controller of Mines and Assistant Mining Engineer (Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Regional Controller of Mines, Deputy Controller of Mines, Senior Assistant Controller of Mines, Assistant Controller of Mines and Assistant Mining Engineer (Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019, in the Schedule, against serial number 4 relating to the post of Assistant Controller of Mines, - (a) in column (9), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely: - “Two years. Note: Direct recruits shall be required to successfully complete a mandatory induction training of at least two weeks duration, as prescribed by the competent authority, for completion of probation.”; (b) in column (11), - (i) under the sub-heading “Promotion”, for the words “three years”, the words “five years” shall be substituted; (ii) after sub-heading “Promotion” and the entries relating thereto and before Note, the following note shall be inserted, namely: -[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 “Note 1: The eligibility service shall continue to be three years in respect of incumbents holding the feeder post of Assistant Mining Engineer in level 7 in the pay matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) on regular basis on the date of notification of the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Regional Controller of Mines, Deputy Controller of Mines, Senior Assistant Controller of Mines, Assistant Controller of Mines and Assistant Mining Engineer (Group „A‟ and „B‟ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.”; (iii) the “Note” shall be numbered as “Note 2”; (iv) “Note 1” shall be renumbered as “Note 3”.
