NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2026
S.O. 3186(E).—Whereas, M/s. Serum Bio-Pharma Park, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28
of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Pharmaceutical & Bio-technology sector at
Village Hadapsar and Manjiri, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with
rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de-notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the
details given below: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Serum Bio-Pharma Park, has now proposed for inclusion of additional area of 2.6049 hectares as a part of
above Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic
Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area
of 2.6049 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 18.6153 hectares. The
survey number and the area for additional area notification given below in the table, namely: -
