बोम्मासांद्रा गांव अनेकल तालुक में आई.टी./आई.टी.ई.एस. की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविेष आर्थाक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005
(2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतगात प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;
और यतः, केन्द्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप.धारा (8) के अतंगात
अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्द्य सबंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह ै और उनको उपयाक्तु जविेष आर्थाक िोन के जवकास,
प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हते ू उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंगात दिनांक 24 नवम्बर, 2022 को
अनुमोिन पत्र प्रिान कर दिया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थाक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप.धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए और जविेष आर्थाक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्ट्थान के
3.0315 हेक्टेयर के नीचे िी गई ताजलका में दिए गए सवेक्षण संख्याओं के क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत करती है, अथाात्ः-

1. जविेष आर्थाक िोन का जवकास आयक्तु अध्यक्ष, पिेन
2. जनिेिक अथवा उप-सजचव, भारत सरकार, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाजणज्य जवभाग या सिस्ट्य, पिेन
उसका नाजमती जिसका स्ट्तर अवर सजचव, भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
3. जविेष आर्थाक िोन पर भू-भागीय क्षेत्राजधकार रखने वाले क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त जविेि व्यापार सिस्ट्य, पिेन

करती है जिस तारीख से उपयुाक्त जविेष आर्थाक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के
अंतगात अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2022
S.O. 6003(E).—Whereas, M/s. Siemens Healthcare Private Limited, has proposed under section 3
of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up an
IT/ITES at Bommasandra Village Anekal Taluk, Bangalore District, in the State of Karnataka;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval
under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the
above Special Economic Zone on 24th November, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special
Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby notifies the 3.0315 hectares area comprising the Survey numbers and
the area given below in the table, namely: -

of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be
called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the
said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely:-
1. Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone Chairperson ex officio;
2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Member ex officio;
Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not
below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India
3. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade having territorial Member ex officio;
jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone
4. Commissioner of Customs or Central Excise having territorial Member ex officio;
jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below
the rank of Joint Commissioner
5. Commissioner of Income Tax having territorial jurisdiction over the Member ex officio;

Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
