(केंद्रीय (i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या हां। िाले व् यजियों सरकार द्वारा संस्ट्र्ा से अयस्ट्क प्रसाधन या खजनि के जलए िो (ii) 20 प्रजतित िारी दकए गए प्रसंस्ट्करण या भूजिञेयान या भौजतकी या िषव। प्रोन् नजत द्वारा जिसके अनुिेिों या रसायन जिञेयान म ें स्ट् नातकोत् तर जडग्री। न होने की जस्ट् र्जत म ें[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 आिेिों के या ट्रटप्पण: सीधी प्रजतजनयुजक्त द्वारा। अनुसार दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या भती दकए सरकारी संस्ट्र्ाओं से खजनि इंिीजनयरी या िाने िाल े सेिकों के जलए रासायजनक इंिीजनयरी या धातुकम व म ें ि य् जियों को 5 िषव तक इंिीजनयरी स्ट् नातक या प्रौद्योजगकी स्ट् नातक पट्ररिीक्षा पूरी जिजर्ल की िा की जडग्री। करने के जलए सकती ह।ै ) सक्षम (ii) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त प्रयोगिाला या प्राजधकारी ट्रटप्प ण : आय ु सज्ि ीकरण संयंत्र से जिजभन्नत अयस्ट्कों और द्वारा यर्ा सीमा खजनिों के सज्जीकरण के जलए खजनि जिजहत कम अिधाट्ररत सज्जीकरण या खजनि अजभलक्षणन करन े म ें से कम िो करने के जलए िो िषव का अनुभि। सप्ताह की जनणावयक अिजध का तारीख िह िाछं नीय: अजनिायव प्रिेि होगी िो संो दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या प्रजिक्षण लोक सेिा सस्ट्ं र्ान से खजनि इंिीजनयरी में प्रौद्योजगकी सफलतापूिवक आयोग द्वारा स्ट् नातकोत् तर । पूरा करना जिञेयाजपत की अपेजक्षत ह।ै िाए। ट्रटप्प ण 1: अहतव ाए,ं अन् यर्ा सुअ्हतव अभ् य्र्वयों की ििा म ें कारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाए, संो लोक सेिा आयोग के जििेकानुसार जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह।ै ट्रटप्प ण 2: अनुभि संबंधी अहतव ा (अहतव ाए)ं उन कारणों के जलए िो लखे बद्ध दकए िाए, संो लोक सेिा आयोग के जििेकानुसार अनुसूजचत िाजत और अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों के अभ् य्र्वयों की ििा में तब जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह ै िब चयन के दकसी प्रक्म पर सों लोक सेिा आयोग की यह राय ह ै दक उनके जलए आरजक्षत ट्ररक् ज तयों को भरने के जलए अपेजक्षत अनुभि रखन े िाले उन समुिायों के अभ् य्र्वयों के पयावप् त संख् या में उपलब्ध होने की संभािना नहीं ह।ै प्रोन्नत जत या प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन द्वारा भती की ििा म ेंिे श्रेजणयां जिनसे प्रोन्नत जत या प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमले न दक या िाएगा। (11) प्रोन्नत जत: िेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-6 (35400-112400 रुपये) में ऐसे कजनष्ठ तकनीकी सहायक (अयस्ट्क प्रसाधन) जिन् होंने जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी म े पांच िषव की सेिा की ह ै और भारतीय खान ब्यूरो या दकसी अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्र्ान द्वारा संचाजलत खजनि प्रसस्ट्ं करण के क्षेत्र म ें चार सप्ताह का सेिाकालीन प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूिवक परू ा दकया ह।ै ट्रटप्पण: िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म,ें जिन्होंने अपनी अहकव या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नत जत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा हो, िहां उनके ज्य ेष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया िाएगा परन्तु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकव या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजक्षत अहकव या पात्रता सिे ा के आध े स े अजधक या िो िषव से, इनम ें से िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपन े ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत जिन्होंने ऐसी अहकव या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी म ेंप्रोन्नत जत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीक्षा की अिजध सफलतापूिवक परू ी कर ली हो। प्रजतजनयजु ि : केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संो राज्य क्षेत्रों के अधीन ऐसे अजधकारी; (क) (i) िो मूल काडर या जिभाग म ेंजनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकए हुए हो; या (ii) जिन्होंने मलू काडर या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्त र-6 (35400-112400 रुपय)े या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आधार4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रणे ी में पांच िष व की सेिा की हो; और (ख) िो स्ट् तंभ (7) म ेंसीधी भती के जलए जिजहत िैक्षजणक अहतव ा और अनुभि रखत े हों। ट्रटप्पण 1: पोषक प्रिग व के ऐस े जिभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नत जत की सीधी पंजि म ें ह,ैं प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जिचार के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नत जत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। ट्रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगवत केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग म ें इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहल े धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयजु ि की अिजध साधारणतया तीन िषव स ेअजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आय ु सीमा आिेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िषव स े अजधक नहीं होगी। यदि जिभागीय प्रोन्नत जत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी संरचना । भती करने म ें दकन पट्ररजस्ट्र्जतयों म ें संो लोक सेिा आयोग से परामिव दकया िाएगा । (12) (13) समहू 'ख' जिभागीय प्रोन्न जत सजमजत (प्रोन्न जत के सबं धं म ें जिचार करन े के जलए) सीधी भती करते समय संो लोक सेिा आयोग स े परामि व जनम्न जलजखत स ेजमलकर बनगे ी :- करना आिश्यक ह।ै 1. अधीक्षण अजधकारी (अयस्ट् क प्रसाधन), भारतीय खान ब् यरू ो - अध्यक्ष; III-भाग (4)] संिय लोजहया, अपर सजचि MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th July ,2023 G.S.R. 563(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Indian Bureau of Mines, Director (Ore Dressing), Chief Ore Dressing Officer, Superintending Officer (Ore Dressing), Ore Dressing Officer, Deputy Ore Dressing Officer, Assistant Ore Dressing Officer and Assistant Research Officer (Ore Dressing) Recruitment Rules, 2003 in so far as it relates to the post of Assistant Research Officer (Ore Dressing), except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Research Officer in the Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines, namely:-— 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Assistant Research Officer, Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2023.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and Level in the pay matrix.— The number of the post, its classification and the level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. — No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. — Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit, and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
